• Delivery of the first page will depend upon the price and delivery time chosen at the time of placing the order.
• For every additional page, it will take 3 to 8 working hours depending upon the price and delivery timeline chose and the complexity of the design.
• The development team is available from Monday to Friday 0500-1400hrs. GMT.
• The prices for additional markup options are discounted by 50% for inner pages.
• If a page is not delivered on time then it is due to a lack of proper communication.
• For designing a page whatever we produce is a dummy page and is not a copyright and whatever material that we put on the site is from Google. If anything is chargeable then you have to pay for it.
• Basic/Plus/Premium logo services opted should be the responsibility of the client to consume it in full or else there will be no refund processed for the unconsumed limit. The client can only use any other service on behalf of the unconsumed amount such as banner designing/development which can be availed in the next 3 months from the settlement date.
• In case the client provides their own preferred icon/motif/symbol/design/shape to illustrate as logo, then its uniqueness shall not be guaranteed by Quick zee media PVT ltd. The client in this case will himself be responsible if the logo fails the trademark registration.
• Software development the SRS, the document would be charged according to the need as it could be charged based on total work done or according to an hourly basis.
• Any periodical service which is being offered at maximum value deliverables (SEO, SMO & PPC), should be the responsibility of the client to consume it in full, or else there will be no refund processed for the unconsumed limit. When we offer services in bulk, the commercials are offered according to discount that is possible with bulk working only depending upon the quantum of bulk work offered. The client cannot anytime downgrade the plan and claim for the possible discount or waive off under such cases.
• We try our best to offer the most unique logos to our clients and we do provide them the guarantee of uniqueness as well. For this, our customers are recommended to apply for trademark registration within 15 days of completion of the project. This application has to be made before the client starts marketing its logo during this period. Once the logo is marketed, other brands can copy the same and apply for the trademark in advance.
• The client will need to provide us the answers to the questionnaire in a detailed way so that our designers can understand their taste and preferences accordingly. While the client shares any feedback, the feedback shall comprise of clear instructions rather than unclear statements like “it is not good, designing something else”, “please make something better” etc.
• When a new project for logo/website is taken under a fixed price and time contract, the estimation for the minimum period for which the resource is to be engaged is taken out assuming the client will provide a prompt response. In case, there are long delays in sharing the feedback from the client’s end, then, in that case, the client’s project will go in cold mode, and the resources can be allocated to other projects. While the client comes back with feedback, Quick media pvt ltd may or may not upon its discretion provide the instant updation to the last design/development depending upon the availability of resources.
• The estimated timeline may increase depending upon the software implementation chosen and the number of pages.
